Social Ministry Committee

Our Social Ministry Committee is a vibrant and compassionate group dedicated to putting faith into action through a variety of outreach efforts. This committee spearheads multiple projects throughout the year, fostering a spirit of service within the congregation and the wider community.

Key initiatives include organizing fundraisers for Lutheran World Relief and Lutheran Disaster Response, both of which provide critical support to communities facing crises around the globe.

Locally, the committee coordinates a Christmas card shower for homebound members, ensuring they feel remembered and loved during the holiday season. Additionally, they gather gifts for families in need, partnering with local organizations to make sure that no family goes without during Christmas. This group embodies the Lutheran commitment to care for the neighbor, constantly seeking ways to engage the congregation in meaningful acts of service and charity.
